Products in medical technology in particular make the highest demands in terms of wear resistance, reproducibility of production and many other points. The basis for this is ISO 13485. Thanks to our know-how, we are able to offer heat treatment systems that not only meet these requirements, but exceed them – for all requirements associated with the manufacture of such highly sensitive products.
In contrast to industrial customers, contract hardening plants are dependent on maximum process reliability of the plant due to mostly smaller quantities with constantly changing requirements. Our heat treatment plants enable exactly this individual application through their design and intelligent control.
In the steel industry, SYSTHERMS furnace systems are mainly used for the classic heat treatment of semi-finished products. For mostly large quantities, reproducible quality is essential. Many customers worldwide therefore appreciate and trust our top products, which are manufactured entirely in Germany.
SYSTHERMS furnaces are also used in the glass industry. For example, for cleaning and surface refinement of quartz glass. Due to the nature of the product, these processes require a maximum of purity of the furnace atmosphere.
