HEAT TREATMENT PLANTS

Vacuum furnaces

TYP VAD

The directly heated vacuum tempering furnace of the type VAD was developed especially for tempering and annealing processes and can also be used for a variety of other heat treatment processes.

TYP VWC

Vacuum heat treatment furnaces type VWC  can be used for a variety of heat treatment processes as e.g. low carburizing, hardening, tempering, annealing or brazing.

Typ VWKK

VWKK is a double chamber furnace in which the gas quenching with up to 20 bar is made in a separate cold chamber. With this type of furnace it is also possible to use oil instead of gas as quenching media. Thus the production range can be extended to steels which could not be hardended in gas up to now.

TYP VWQ

In the vacuum furnace with classical cubic heating chamber, the usable space is limited by vertical and horizontal chamber walls. The heating system consists of graphite elements.

TYP VWS

The furnace with bottom loading (bottom loader) is commonly used for round and heavy components. In principle, this type of furnace is a vertical VWC in which the load is positioned on the furnace bottom which can be lowered.
